Snoep Aankoopbemiddeling does not charge any start-up costs.  Payment is made upon legal delivery.

If negotiations have taken place, but no purchase is concluded or if you do not wish to enter into negotiations at all, you will owe a 50% expense allowance for the services provided by us. If it is chosen to still dissolve after signing the purchase agreement, within the 3 days reflection period, we will charge the services rendered.  Agreements are exclusively concluded by our clients, as our role is limited to being a mediator. We would like to point out that legal rules may apply when concluding agreements, such as the cooling-off period and the written requirement.
